The incident took place when the woman asked a man unknown to her for lift to Kairana. Along the way, he diverted the bike to another route. The woman tried to stop him but the man increased the speed following which she jumped off the bike, they said.
The victim was admitted to a hospital where her condition is stated to be stable, police said.
The victim had been rehabilitated to Kairana town from Kaserwa village during the 2013 riots in Muzaffarnagar district.
