Bihar's Nawada district today for asking them to make way for her to pass.

The victim, identfied as Malati Devi was beaten with sticks by her nephew and two others persons who were sitting on her path, Deputy Superintendent of Police Md Sarmurr Rahman said.

The woman, a widow, succumbed to her injuries on the spot, he said.

The police took away the body and registered a case.

All three accused were arrested, the DSP said.
