Woman, paramour found guilty of husband's murder

A woman and her paramour were found guilty by a local court for killing her husband in 2010.
Additional District Sessions Judge Narender Kumar sentenced Jitender to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs 20,000 after holding him guilty under section 302 IPC.
The court is yet to decide the quantum of sentence to the woman, Saresh, as she was not present in the court premises.
Yashpal was shot dead by his wife with the help of Jitender while he was sleeping at his house in Sisoli village in the district on October 12, 2010.
Yashpal's brother Devender Kumar had lodged FIR against the two accused in this connection.
