The Additional District Sessions Judge Chandra Bhushan Singh along with the imprisonment also imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on the accused woman Rina and Anil Kumar after holding them guilty under various sections of the IPC yesterday.
According to the prosecution, the two accused abducted the deceased Roshan Lal on January 2, 2012, and murdered him after he raised objections over the illicit relationship between Rina and Kumar.
