Woman raped by 65-year-old relative

A married woman was allegedly raped by her 65-year-old relative here, police said today.
Accused Harbhajan was arrested last night.
The victim's husband has lodged an FIR at the Sector 24 police station about the incident that took place yesterday evening.
In the FIR the husband states that he along with her 30-year-old wife and their 5-year-old child came to Noida from Karnal yesterday.
They reached the Botanical Garden Metro station. There, Harbhajan, a relative of the wife, took her and the child with him while the husband went to meet his friends, according to the FIR.
It is alleged that Harbhajan took the woman to an apartment in Sector 52 and raped her.

On the complaint of the woman, Harbhajan has been arrested.
The victim was sent for medical examination today, said police.
