However, the woman's lawyer alleged that the accused had come with an intention to molest her but when she resisted, they took away her mobile phone so that she couldn't call police.
The incident happened yesterday around 4.15 AM when the victim was waiting for the cab outside her home, she told police.
When she couldn't find the cab, she took out her mobile phone to make a call.
As soon as she took out her cellphone to make the call, two men who were walking, attacked her, she told police in her complaint.
A complaint under section 392 (Punishment for robbery) of IPC has been registered at Nand Nagri police station, said a senior police officer.
However, the woman's advocate alleged that the two men had come with an intention to molest her.
"When they had tried to overpower her, they said that we will take you with us. They had even placed a knife to her neck and while resisting, she even sustained an injury from the knife to her hand," her advocate said.
"She had complained about the unprofessional attitude of the cab company in her office and they had been issued a warning. There is a possibility that they could be involved since she couldn't find the cab on the road," he said.
Police said they will verify the claims about the involvement of the cab company.
"In her earlier statement, she had only shared details about the robbery but now she is alleging that the cab company might have something to do with it.
