The Woman, a mother of two girls, said she had undergone the operation at the PHC in 2013. But she got pregnant and delivered a third girl child on May 2 this year. She then underwent another operation at a private hospital.
She claimed she had been affected financially, physically and also psychologically due to the 'negligence' in conducting the operation and sought the compensation.
She said she needed the money as she had to marry off her three daughters and had to meet enormous expenses.
