unidentified men when she was going with her brother at Tulhera village under Miranpur police station in the district, police said today.
The victim Khushbu, wife of Shamim, was shot at by some unidentified miscreants last evening, police said, adding that the woman was leaving with her parents after a family dispute with her in-laws.
She has been admitted to a hospital and her condition is said to be serious, they said.
According to police, family dispute with her in-laws was the reason behind the incident.
Matter is being investigated and efforts are on to nab the absconding accused, they said.
