The company today signed an MoU with the Andhra Pradesh government for setting up the amusement park in Andhra Pradesh. For the park in Tamil Nadu, it is yet to finalise the land.
In a notification to the BSE, the company today said it has signed an MoU with the government of Andhra Pradesh to set up an amusement park in Andhra Pradesh over a period of next four to five years.
Last week, at the Global Investors Meet held in Chennai organised by the state government, Wonderla Holidays signed an MoU with government for setting up an amusement park on the outskirts of Chennai.
About 900 new jobs would be created under this initiative, it said.
Wonderla Holidays currently has an amusement park in Kochi. It has a resort and another amusement park near Bengaluru.
