"There is always scope for improvement and this is also one of the issues they are working together. I have come with a team from Delhi and we have worked out ways on improving the coordination further," Choudhury said in response to a question.
The NSG chief said that JMB module was keeping a low profile. The state and central agencies have learnt a lesson from the Burdwan blast.
"In this case, we have learnt lessons and I don't think it would happen again. The state and Centre will make sure that they work together on this case," Chaudhury told reporters when asked whether the state government should have been more proactive in dealing with the JMB modules.
He, however, said the NSG received "100 per cent" support from the state government while working on the Burdwan blast case.
Asked whether the state agencies were going slow on the inputs provided by the central intelligence agencies about JMB setting up a base here, Chaudhury said, "Earlier, ULFA ultras used to hide in Bangladesh and criminals from Bangladesh used to come and hide here. This is nothing new.
