Justin Timberlake was reminded of how much he enjoys hitting the recording studio while working on the soundtrack for his new animated movie "Trolls".
The pop superstar, 35, voices one of the lead characters in the family film, alongside Anna Kendrick and Jeffrey Tambor, and he pulled double duty by also serving as the executive producer of the accompanying soundtrack.
He shared the catchy "Can't Stop The Feeling", his first offering from "Trolls" and first single in three years, last week.
Timberlake said it took getting back to work for the film to make him realise how much he missed the creative process of songwriting.
"The movie feels like one big pop song," he shared on US breakfast show "Today".
