Wrestling team picked for Junior Asian Championship

The selection trials for junior men and women wrestlers were held at SAI Northern Training Centres in Sonepat and Lucknow, to pick the team for the Asian Championship to be held in Manila, Philippines, from May 31 to June 5.
The trials were held under the chairmanship of Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) president Brijbhushan Shran.
The Indian men will be competing in junior free style category and greco roman, while the women will participate in free style.
The Indian team will be leaving for the tournament on May 29.
