The Speaker's remarks came after Yadav objected to Goyal's long speeches, saying answers to questions during Question Hour should be 'Yes' or 'No'.
Yadav, a veteran Parliamentarian, said earlier the House used to take up 15-16 questions during the hour-long allotted time but because of long replies by Ministers, only a few questions could be taken up for discussion now.
