The accused had allegedly raped the 14-year-old girl at Khubapur village on Wednesday, they said.
In a separate incident, another youth was arrested yesterday for allegedly attempting to rape a 70-year-old woman.
The accused, Vijay Kumar entered the woman's house and tried to rape her. He was caught by the locals, who beat him up and later handed him over to police.
The son of the woman has lodged a complaint against the youth, police said.
