Youth drowned near Rajgarh in Giri River

A 21-year old youth from Rohroo, was drowned in Giri River near Yashwant Nagar, about 130 km from here today, police said.
The youth identified as Pankaj was an employee of a Pharma manufacturing unit running in the Oyali village of the area and had reportedly entered Giri river with some of his friends for taking a bath.
He drowned in the river after he slipped into deep waters.
It took two hours for local divers to fish out his body from the river.
A case has been registered and dead body has been handed over to the family members after conducting post mortem, SHO, Rajgarh Mohar Singh said.
