Suraj of Chauharganj village had gone for the immersion along with his four friends yesterday when they accidentally went to the deeper side, police said.
As they raised an alarm, the locals rushed to their rescue and managed to pull others out but Suraj could not be traced, police said, adding, the body was fished out with the help of divers today.
