Youth held for murdering sister, her hubby

A 23-year-old youth was arrested for allegedly murdering his sister and her husband at their residence near Butibori industrial area today, police said.

The accused Ajay Raj allegedly smashed heads of his sister Indu Devi Pandit (31) and her husband Umashankar Pandit (35) while they were fast asleep in wee hours at their home in Takalghat-Bori, they said.

Prima facie, Raj was harbouring a grudge against the deceased for not parting money for his marriage, police said.
