The victim, identified as Rohit, was a resident of North-west Mangolpuri area and worked at a banquet.
The incident happened around 1 AM on the intervening night of December 6-7 while Rohit was returning home from work, police said.
"As he reached Rohtak Road, his bike was hit by a vehicle and his head hit the road divider when he fell off due to impact," a police officer said.
He was spotted by a PCR van and the police rushed him to Sanjay Gandhi hospital severe with head injury.
The family members and relatives of the deceased staged a demonstration in front of the Paschim Vihar police station, demanding arrest of the vehicle driver who hit Rohit's bike, he said, adding that the members were pacified and removed from the site.
