Victim Rahul was allegedly beaten by four persons, including the owner of the eatery, with iron rods and baseball bats when he complained about the food served to him on August 28.
He had sustained grievous injuries on his head, neck and chest and was rushed to LBS Hospital from where he was referred to GTB Hospital.
Later, he was shifted to Max Hospital in Patparganj where he succumbed to his injuries.
The two arrested accused have been identified as Parwesh and Suresh, both residents of Mandawali area. The eatery's owner, Gaurav, is on the run, police added.
"Rahul had sustained deep injuries on his head, neck and chest and passed away today morning," victim's brother, Kallu, said.
