The 9th edition of Malayala Manorama-IBS Yuva Mastermind, one of the biggest science and technology competitions for students in Kerala, is open for registration now.
All colleges, high schools and higher secondary institutions in the state can take part in the contest that aims to provide solutions to issues that affect the society and public with the help of science and technology, a release said here Monday.
Winners will receive Rs 10 lakh as prize money, which will include funding for selected projects, it said.
Besides, they also get access to international-level training programmes.
The contest is sponsored by information technology firm IBS.
Amaljyothi College of Engineering, Kanjirappally is the technical partners of the event.
The partnership with the state-run Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council will help open up more opportunities for students who demonstrate excellence,it said.
