The conference was to be held in Morro da Urca in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil but the 43-year-old actor was forced to back out of it after it was revealed that he would have to take a 220-metre cable car ride to reach the venue.
"Zach is afraid of heights, and called into the press conference to let participants know, and made a few jokes," a representative for the actor said.
He was to attend this conference with his co-stars including Bradley Cooper, Justin Bartha and Ed Helms, reported Contactmusic.
"If we all reach 90, I would, for sure, do another one. No one would care but it would be fun, wouldn't it?," he said.
