Zaveri to handle CEO responsibilities of TBZ

Jewelery firm Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri (TBZ) today said Shrikant Zaveri will now handle all responsibilities of CEO of the company following the retirement of Prem Hinduja.
Prem Hinduja has retired from the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company w.E.F. September 10. He has been discharged from all his functions and duties from the company with immediate effect, TBZ said in a regulatory filing.
Further, the company informed that all responsibilities of CEO will be handled by Shrikant Zaveri, Chairman and Managing Director of the company with immediate effect.
