The 23-year-old singer was planning to study English in higher education before he joined One Direction, and Mallik has revealed he may revisit his ambition in the coming years, reported Femalefirst.
"You know what, to educate yourself isn't that hard these days. You can do it at home. You can go to lectures - just sit there, which hopefully at some point, I can do - like, just sit and listen to a lecture," Malik said.
The singer said that in the event of having children in the future, he wants to encourage them to remain in education and set a good example to them.
"I can turn around and say, 'Excuse me, I went back to school and got my degree.
