Sequel to the 2001 film, will once again see Stiller, 49, as dim male model. Owen Wilson, Will Ferrell and Christine Taylor will also reprise their roles from the original, reported Variety.
The leaked trailer begins with a voice and travels through the cosmic world before finally entering into the brain of Derek Zoolander.
"If God exists, then why did he make ugly people?" Stiller asks in the video, reflecting on one of Zoolander's most distressing philosophical dilemmas.
The much-awaited comedy, scheduled for February 2016 release, will see Kristen Wiig, Billy Zane, Fred Armisen, Justin Bieber, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West in cameos.
