 "Zydus Wellness Q4 profit down 42% at Rs 21.76 cr")
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 37.41 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2013, Zydus Wellness said in a filing to BSE.
Consolidated net sales of the company declined marginally by 1.84% to Rs 101.06 crore for the quarter under review.

Shares of Zydus Wellness closed the day at Rs 521.5 apiece on the BSE, down 1.68% from its previous close.
