SAO PAULO (Reuters) - The Brazilian government could announce plans to sell operating rights for Congonhas Airport in São Paulo and other facilities as early as Tuesday, a person with knowledge of the plan told Reuters.
According to the person, who requested anonymity to speak freely about the plan, the government could auction off the stakes that aviation infrastructure agency Infraero has in other airports that have already been privatised.
The news was first reported by O Globo newspaper earlier on Tuesday.
