China Q4 business confidence index rises from Q3 - central bank survey
BEIJING (Reuters) - Business confidence among entrepreneurs in China rose in the fourth quarter of 2016 from the third quarter, according to a survey by the People's Bank of China published on Thursday.
Another central bank survey showed bankers' confidence also rose in the fourth quarter.
