India seeks parliament's approval to spend an extra $8.4 bln in 2015-16

NEW DELHI (Reuters) - The government has sought parliament approval to spend an extra 562.56 billion rupees ($8.42 billion) for the current financial year that ends in March, an official document showed on Friday.
