NEW DELHI (Reuters) - India has imposed anti-dumping duties of between 11 U.S. cents and 81 U.S. cents per watt on solar cells imported from U.S, China and Malaysia, in a bid to protect domestic solar manufacturers, the government said in a statement seen by Reuters on Friday.
