National Buildings gains; Nomura starts at 'buy'

Reuters Market Eye - National Buildings Construction Corp (NBCC) surges as much as 7.6 percent to all-time high on 760 rupees.

Nomura starts with a "buy" rating and a target price of 1,049 rupees.

Says NBCC "fast emerging as a strong play on large redevelopment opportunities."
