Navin Fluorine, Piramal Enterprises surge after JV

Reuters Market Eye - Navin Fluorine International gains 5 percent while Piramal Enterprises gains 4 percent, after the companies agreed to form a joint venture.

The join venture will manufacture and sell speciality fluorochemicals.
