Advani To Be Indicted In Hawala Case

The special judge, V B Gupta, in his order delivered in a packed court room here, said on the basis of the prosecution chargesheet and the documentary evidence produced by the CBI, a prima facie case is made out against Advani under Section 120b (criminal conspiracy) of Indian Penal Code and various provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act.
