Compaq Unveils Server Series

US-based e-business nternet infrastructure provider Compaq Computer Corporation unveiled worldwide its AlphaServer GS Series highend 8-, 16- and 32-way servers running the Tru64 UNIX and OpenVMS operating systems. Compaq has formed new partnerships with e-business foqused ISVs and is leveraging its existing partnerships with traditional SIs, e-integrators and enterprise channel partners.
