If you're serious about running and plan to run triathlons, this watch is for you. The GPS locks on accurately and fast, the watch is waterproof, gives a nice readout of your vitals (including heartbeat) and the colour screen is attractive to look at, especially when checking out graphs and notifications. But it's uncomfortable to wear to bed.
Giving pesky notifications a miss, this watch, which doesn't need to be charged, focuses on fitness and sleep. A second dial tells the percentage of steps taken on that day, while the Health Mate app can share data with Apple's Health app. One can also set one's wake-up alarm and the watch wakes you silently via vibrations.
This fitness tracker has "discreet" as its middle name; plus it can be worn as a necklace. A single LED alerts you to calls and texts, but what it does well is track steps and sleep accurately. One doesn't need to charge the tracker and it's very comfortable to wear.
