"We want to create a financial hub in the east and that can be done by creating a network between several financial services companies ranging from stock registrars to mutual funds and financial institutions," Sen said.

He affirmed industry captains that IIBI will offer complete financial solutions to its customers. "We will raise funds for corporate houses, and in situations when we fail we will arrange funds from other sources," he added.

IIBI will also raise its share in both savings and investments in the eastern markets. It will also try to upgrade its human resource capability, work processes and technology infrastructure.
