In a major reshuffle ABN Amro Asia Equities' country head and chief executive officer (CEO), Richard Bailey, and head of research, Devesh Kumar, have been replaced with two senior ex-HSBC Securities' executives.
Fergus Fleming, former managing director, HSBC Securities and Sanjeev Mohta, who was earlier the head of research with the same organisation, will replace the two outgoing executives. Both Fleming and Mohta had quit HSBC Securities towards the early part of May.
Confirming the developments, Fleming said he would take up the assignment to enhance ABN Amro's presence in the equities business in the whole of Asia.
