Nirma Rs 50cr Ncds Oversubscribed

Nirma Ltd concluded the Rs 50-crore private placement of non-convertible debentures, with the right to retain oversubscription. The company received bids for over Rs 100 crore in the offer through book-building. Of this, the company has decided to retain Rs 80.25 crore at a cut-off rate of 13.5 per cent per annum. The debentures with 5-years maturity are proposed to be listed on the NSE.
