Mirc Electronics Ltd, a manufacturers of the ONida brand of televisions, has recorded a jump of 138 per cent in net profit for the first quarter this fiscal. Its net profit stood at rs 7.51 crore for the period. The company's net sales stood at Rs 182.23 crore. The performance was achieved partly due to a 12 per cent decrease in the interest burden. MIRC is planning to implement ERP in the current year. on a lower turnover of Rs 379.
