Workplace automation, including the use of artificial intelligence and robotics, is expected to double in India in the next three years, according to a survey by Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory, broking and solutions company. The India findings of the Global Future of Work Survey reveal that companies in Asia Pacific expect automation to account for about 23 per cent of work being done in the next three years compared to 13 per cent currently.
