Larsen and Toubro (L&T) has decided to revive the Rs 2,600 crore alumina project in Orissa. It has held discussions with Japanese and German firms to enter into a partnership. Confirming the company's plan to revive the project, a senior L&T official informed, "We are presently talking to two comapnies---a Japanese and a German company-to be our joint venture partner," he added.
