NSE REPORT
Total turnover at the wholesale debt market in the National Stock Exchange (NSE) stood at Rs 666.07 crore yesterday. Corporate debentures were traded for around Rs 15.40 crore.
The 12.59 per cent 2004 was actively traded at around 12.04 per cent weighted average yield for Rs 172 crore. The 12.5 per cent 2004 clocked trades worth Rs 50 crore at an yield of 11.98 per cent.

In the treasury bills segment, the 364-days treasury bill maturing on April 24, 1998, was traded for Rs 45 crore at 7.93 per cent. The 91-days treasury bill maturing on July 26 was also traded for Rs 25 crore.
The certificate of deposit of IFCI maturing on June 12, 1998, was traded for Rs 25 crore at 10 per cent, while the zero per cent Tisco SPN 1999 contributed Rs 9.05 crore to the total traded volume in the corporate segment.
The 10.10 per cent GE Capital 2000 followed next with a turnover of Rs 5.28 crore. The zero per cent Reliance Petro PPD remained lackluster with deals worth Rs 90 lakh. Others like IDBI Regular Income 2006, IDBI Deep Discount 2021 and 16 per cent MRPL 2002 also contributed marginally to the trading volume.
