In the first impression, the phone seemed to be a feature-rich rich proposition in the budget smartphone segment. The phone’s matte unibody design looks plush and feels solid in hand. The build quality is top-notch and the performance is satisfactory.
The Infinix Hot 6 Pro features a 5.99-inch screen of HD+ resolution stretched in 18:9 aspect ratio, which reduces the overall phone’s dimension, making it easy to hold despite featuring a big screen. The screen is bright and there is no touch lag, which makes it easy to operate. The screen supports eye care mode, which turns the screen tone to warm settings, making it comfortable for eye.
In terms of imaging, the Hot 6 Pro boasts a dual camera setup with a 13-megapixel primary sensor, paired with a 2MP depth-sensing lens. The rear camera seems to take satisfactory images in normal light conditions, however, shows inconsistencies in low light.
Overall, the Hot 6 Pro seems to be a value-for-money smartphone with dual rear cameras, modern 18:9 aspect ratio screen and 4,000 mAh battery. During initial testing, the battery managed to keep the phone running for almost a day. However, the battery’s real output, along with phone’s overall performance can only be detailed out after proper review, which is still under process.
