The service menu is designed on the lines of a spa brochure and offers services as Deep Body Cleansing, Screen Guard Facial, Fresh Skin Rejuvenation and Holistic Healing services at rates starting from 100. Spice plans to have at least 150 smartphone spas soon in Delhi alone with the first one being at onnaught Place.
Prashant Bindal, Group chief executive officer of Spice, said, "Our primary focus is providing hassle-free servicing for mobile phones. Most customers have to run from pillar to post to get their phones repaired, and sometimes at exorbitant costs. Cost-effective repair centres at the same time are not trustworthy. This is where we come in spoiling the customer for choice not just for repairs but also maintenance and customisation for smartphones."
