Tata BPO arm to expand to three more locations

"We cannot sell Taj holiday packages from a rural BPO as there is a risk involved in it. We are looking at a completely different set of resource pools in rural locations as we want to look at high-end processes. We are at present talking to college students in rural areas for providing employment as we find strong level of gratitude in people in smaller towns (in terms of salaries) than their urban counterparts," he told mediapersons on the sidelines of the national rural BPO conference here.
