"We cannot sell Taj holiday packages from a rural BPO as there is risk involved. We are looking at a completely different set of resource pools in rural locations. Currently, we are talking to college students in rural areas as we find a strong level of gratitude among people in smaller towns (in terms of salaries) than their urban counterparts," he said on the sidelines of the national rural BPO conference here.
