Supreme Court must not only seize the concerns of today but also gaze into the future

Make the civil law of defamation clear, effective and balanced and repeal the criminal remedy that exists today only to coerce than to convict

Given that a civil remedy to defamation already exists, no purpose is served by retaining the criminal remedy except to coerce, harass and threaten

Preserving trust in the SC is important. An expansion of its jurisdiction while restricting the process of appointment to itself does not behoove well
