John Clarke is Former Director of International Affairs at the European Commission. He was previously Head of the EU Delegation to the WTO and the UN in Geneva. He has thirty-plus years' experience as a diplomat and trade negotiator in the WTO, the UN and bilaterally with all regions of the world.
