Jose J Kattoor is executive director at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Prior to being appointed to the position, he headed the RBI's Bengaluru office as regional director for Karnataka. With over three decades of experience at the central bank, Kattoor has worked in various areas including communications, human resources management, financial inclusion, supervision, and currency management.
