Kapil Sibal is a prominent Indian lawyer, politician, and former Union Minister, known for his extensive contributions to law and governance in India. A senior advocate in the Supreme Court of India, Sibal has argued numerous landmark cases. As a member of the Indian National Congress, he held key portfolios in the Indian government, including Minister of Communications and Information Technology and Minister of Human Resource Development. Sibal is also a founding member of the newly formed Indian political party, Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA). He is currently a member of the Rajya Sabha as an independent candidate.
