Ketan Dalal is the founder of Katalyst Advisors, a boutique structuring and advisory firm. He is a former managing partner (West) and joint tax leader of PWC India. Dalal is a veteran of cross-border tax issues and investment structuring, including mergers and acquisitions. He has also been a member of several Sebi committees.
